Quotes and bookings
All quotes are estimates based on the information shared at the time and are valid for 15 days. A booking is confirmed only once the agreed advance is received and confirmed in writing.
Menus and changes
Final menus and guest counts should be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Changes after confirmation may affect pricing and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are shared in your booking confirmation and depend on how close to the event date the cancellation is made.
Venue and permissions
The client is responsible for venue bookings and any permissions required by the venue or local authorities unless agreed otherwise in writing.
